At RECLASS, we provide digital educational content (online courses and subscription-based access).
Because our products are intangible and instantly accessible, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase or subscription is completed.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- A technical issue on our platform prevents access to the purchased course for more than 14 consecutive days.
- You have been charged more than once for the same purchase (in which case, duplicate transactions will be refunded).

Service Duration Policy

Once payment is successfully processed, users will instantly receive access to the purchased course or subscription through their Reclass account dashboard. In case of the purchase of a subscription plan, the user (student) shall press on "Subscribe" to each subject to gain access to the learning materials and video lessons.
